Hot Liquor Tank controller and element (Small panel 10x6):
Control panel with one LOVE controller which will allow you to set and maintain the HLT temperature. Included is the
element of your choice (5500 watt shown in picture below), temperature probe, and safety float switch (prevents the
element from running dry). Mounting hardware for your vessel is included. $399.00

Combination Hot Liquor tank and Kettle Control (Medium heavy duty panel 9x9)
Control panel with one LOVE controller which will allow you to set and maintain the HLT temperature. In addition, a
potentiometer is added which will vary the output power. This is used when the kettle is connected to prevent boiling over
and to adjust the boil intensity.
Included are two elements of your choice (4500 elements shown below), two temperature probes, and two safety float
switches (prevents the element from running dry). Mounting hardware for the HLT and Kettle is included.
NOTE: Only one outlet set is present in this panel. The HLT has to be unplugged so the kettle can be plugged in during

Medium sized control panel with two LOVE controllers. One LOVE controller will allow you to set and maintain the
HLT temperature. The second LOVE controller will display the temperature in the kettle. This will allow you to
monitor the temperature as the wort heads to a boil. It will also allow you to monitor the temperature during the
cooling stage (especially handy when immersion chilling). In addition, a potentiometer is added which will vary the
output power. This is used when the kettle is connected to prevent boiling over and to adjust the boil intensity.
Included are two elements of your choice (4500 elements shown below), two temperature probes, and two safety
float switches (prevents the element from running dry). Mounting hardware for the HLT and Kettle is included.

System GFCI protection:
When using electrical equipment around water & wort, GFCI protection is highly recommended and in some places
required. If a GFCI breaker or GFCI service disconnect are not installed a GFCI can be added to your order.

The following chart shows the time (in minutes) it takes to heat water from 70 degrees F
to 160 degrees F. Use this chart when selecting the power for your conversion kit. All
elements are 240V.
