At Brewmation we pride ourselves on providing an amazing level of support for our customers. From project planning, to ongoing support, we will be there for you!

Project Planning:

During the planning stages of your project we will work with you to understand the requirements. We can look at your space to be sure we can supply a system that will fit. We can import your layout and plot the desired equipment into your layout. We accept anything from a CAD drawing to a hand sketch.


We also look at your future expansion possibilities to be sure we properly size the ancillary equipment (such as the glycol and plate chillers).


Project Impementation:

As your plans progress we will communicate with your contractors to make sure they have the proper cut sheets and information available to them. We can help with the power requirements, plumbing needs, and glycol loop planning.


We will work with you on the best shipping schedule based on your project time line. For example, it typically makes sense to have the controls and glycol put in place prior to the delivery of the tanks.


System Start up Assistance:

We find that the most effective tool to help with starting up your brewery is to utilize modern technology. Appleā??s Face Time, or SKYPE are excellent tools to put us virtually right in your brewery when you have questions. We find this is the most effective tool because you get the support on YOUR schedule.


We can also come out to your location for final connection support and to do a water run and/or a first brew with you. Most do not find this necessary due to the set up simplicity and the Face Time or Skype support that we offer.


Ongoing Support:

We have a 1-year warranty on our systems. We also go beyond the 1-year warranty for components that carry longer warranty periods from our suppliers. Our warranty starts with your first brew (we know it takes time to get set up and licensed).


We also pride ourselves on offering timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. We have a full supply of parts in our warehouse that can ship right away. We can also drop ship parts from our suppliers when it makes sense geographically. We also provide free software updates (on our PLC / Touch screen systems) that are easily provided through e-mail.
